Water based

Water based inks are Phthalate-Free inks, offered, as well as finished products for printing on a wide range of textiles, as well as individual components.
Water base inks can be diluted with water, but the screen also cleaned with water. Water pigment pastes are used primarily for printing on white cotton fabric - shirts, hats, clothing and more. They are specific mixtures (emulsions) of two mutually insoluble liquids (water and fat) in which the pigment is dissolved. After printing on textiles, the water is withdrawn into its capillaries (the fibers) - the thickness of the ink layer and the viscosity of the ink visibly reduced, making the print soft and pleasant to touch. The ink dries relatively quickly at room temperature and must be applied extremely fixing at 150-170 ° C.
Besides the standard pastes we offer also:
- Special paste white base
- Pasta for printing on dark base / dark textiles /
- Whitening toothpaste / also transmitted effects of abrasion wear /
- Paste for printing on synthetics

- Glitter paste
- Puff base
All the above are colored with pigments such as self-perfect results brightness and color saturation, resistance to wash, dry, dry cleaning, resistance to abrasion.
Pigments - all pigments indicated in the price list, as desired for color saturation are mixed with the bases from 1% to 3%, i.e. from 10 to 30 g per 1 kg pigment base.
